ASSOCIATION FOR
PELVIC ORGAN PROLAPSE SUPPORT
The Association for Pelvic Organ Prolapse Support is a 501(c)(3)nonprofit founded to establish awareness of and provide guidance and support for women living with pelvic organ prolapse. Millions of women around the world, women in both developing and developed countries, suffer in silence with POP, often with no idea the condition exists. What unites us is the need to know what we can do to help ourselves. The link below will redirect you to the APOPS website.

Pelvic organ prolapse is not an American women's health issue, it is a global women's health pandemic. Although statistics indicate that this health issue is more common in women over 50, millions of women in their 20s, 30s, and 40s have pelvic organ prolapse that is not being recognized or treated. The first step is to establish awareness of the indicators of pelvic organ prolapse so ALL women become familiar with the symptoms of POP at a much younger age; early detection is key for less aggressive treatment.
